Facestock:
A 50 micron opaque white polyester characterized by high mechanical strength and good dimensional stability,with non-woven fabric tyvek® dupont laminated under it.
Caliper:
0. 090mm ±10% Adhesive:
A special purpose permanent rubber based adhesive featuring high initial tack and ultimate bond strength to tmt bars.
Minimum application temp:
-5°c (the minimum temperature at which the label can be applied and will adhere). Service temperature range:
-40°c to +70°c (the temperature range to which the label can be exposed after the adhesion bond to the substrate has been formed). Liner:
A supercalendered glassine paper with excellent strength characteristics for manual applications.
Basis weight:
62gsm ±10% liner.
Total construction caliper:
0. 160mm ±10%
Conversion:
TMtags™ are die-cut and stripped at high speeds due to its top coating can be printed by flexo, uv letterpress giving good results with solvent, uv and water based inks. It has excellent press register stability.
Application & use:
Adhesive is in compliance with german bgvv recommendations for use in direct contact with dry and moist, non oily surface.
Shelf life:
Two years when stored at 22°c/50%rh
Used for: Brand protection, document protection, brand promotion.
