About Us

Company has started business operation in Gujarat by two brothers namely Late Bhanubhai Shroff & Late Rasikbhai Shroff in the year 1947 at Baroda. Shroff parivar were financiers to Gaekwads (who were rulers of Baroda), before launching this enterprise. Company is wedded with certain principals & ethics that have ultimately paid in long run. Today P.C.Shroff & Co. is enjoying excellent goodwill with industries located in Central Gujarat. Later on by 1961 & onwards company acted as distributors of Union Carbide American multinational company for marketing their LDPE pipes & Chemicals.

In the year of 1967 GSFC Ltd. Baroda retained us as their dealers for marketing Sulphuric Acid 98% a versatile chemical used by major chemical industries, With the blessings of one of all we gained the distributorship of M/s Standard Alkali - a flagship company of Stanrose group of Mafatlal for marketing their alkali range of products namely Caustic Soda lye & flakes, Caustic Potash lye & flake, Liquid Chlorine, etc. The endless growth of the company continued when we were appointed as distributors of M/s Polyolefins Ind. Ltd.

(PIL) a Arvind Mafatlal group of company in the year of 1971 for marketing HDPE pipes & fittings. Today having experience of six decades company is known as House of Acids & Chemicals & is being headed by Krishnakant Shroff, Vrajesh Shroff and Niraj Shroff.
