This is a space saving compact configuration for medium size jobs.

The unique anti-vibration structure of RoboPlazma ensures a clean smooth cut .

The cantilever design enables the mounting column to be in the shadow area of an overhead crane or in-between factory columns.

The reach of the robot is further extended with this configuration. Enabling both side operation for long and narrow jobs. This enables simultaneous loading and cutting to be done .

Roboswift software automatically calculate the optimum base position of the robot for complete nesting capability.

The cutting envelope on our unique cantilever design is effectively 3 mtrs. wide with 30 mtrs long and 1.5 mtrs. height. The robot no longer is only a tool for repetitive precision operation.

With the patented Plazma roboswift software;  a new 3D or 2D job can be cut every time.

Weld edge preparation, circular contour beveling, single or double ‘V’ with root, Ibeams, 3D profiles, pipe cutting and cutting of fabricated assemblies all can be cut.

Multiple operations like coping, slots, holes, notches and angular cutting is done in a single set up by one roboplazma. Nozzle openings, concentric holes etc. are cut with a precise 3D orientation in a fabricated assembly such as pressure vessels with ease.

Plazma has developed a X-Y Robot (CNC-Plazma) system for 2D nested cutting application. This system comes in width of 4M, 6M and 8M; to cover entire range of plate sizes from plate width of 3M to 6M. Length can be increased by adding Y-Axis modules up to any length required.

The system is designed like a robot with separately located 4 axis fanuc controller for high reliability and rigidity at highly competitive rates. The system has been provided with auto torch height controller through arc voltage and touch sensing for piercing point.
