We specialize in making cane cutting knives & fibrizor hammers of all designs suitable for your mill, the edges of our cane cutting knives are duly forged & hard faced by suitable electrode to give you a crushing guarantee of 25-40 lac quintals of cane, depending upon the thickness of the plate. We also make cane cutting knives duly fitted with domite tips. We make both type of fibrizor hammers i. E. Hammers with domite tip & conventional type. All the hammers & knives are duly stress relieved, annealed, and balanced as per customers specifications.
the hardness of the knives will be 60-62 hrc and of fibrizor hammers 70-72 hrc.
