Working Principles:
The Refrigerated Type Compressed Air Dryers works on the principle of moisture removal in compressed air system by removing the wet compressed air, which undermines the efficiency of smallest to the largest pneumatic system. The process of drying Compressed air by Refrigerated Air Dryer is the most economical and reliable process of compressed air treatment. The Refrigerated Type Compressed Air Dryers saturates the incoming moist air which is then precooled in the Air - to - Air Heat Exchanger by the outgoing dry chilled air. The process then separates the moisture in the Freon -to- Air Heat Exchanger where the air is chilled to a temperature of +2 Deg. C. And the moisture condenses. The temperature here is referred to as pressure 'Dew Point' and lastly the Moisture Separator removes the condensate by an Automatic Condensate Trap.
