We are the leading manufacturer of quality Condensers to our clients. After the compressor it is the condenser which is highly important in the refrigeration system. The Condenser converts the refrigerant vapor at a very high temperature in a liquid state while rejecting all the unwanted heat to the atmosphere. Based on the Total Heat Rejection Capacity (THR), the condenser is selected. However, the Total Heat Rejection consists of two components namely the heat picked up to the evaporator and the work of compression which needs to be expressed in the same units, usually kcal/hr of Btuh. |  
| | | | We are the leading manufacture of high quality Coolers to our clien tèle. The coolers provide two necessary functions that provide the conditioning of compressed air. Firstly it reduces the temperature of the air to a safe operating range while secondly, removing the moisture condensed during the cooling process. Water-cooled Coolers come in Shell and Tube type which allows the air to pass trough the tubes while letting the water flow in the shell from the opposite direction. The Coolers exchange heat for cooling systems which is required for Moulding Machines, Generators and other heavy machinery. The Coolers allow compressed air which is hot and saturated with moisture and oil to leave the air compressor. The air becomes easy to handle after the coolers rapidly cool down. Coolers are available both in water-cooled and air-cooled types. However, water-cooled coolers are mostly preferred as they achieve lower air temperature thereby removing more moisture. Air-cooled coolers are installed in places where availability of soft cooling water is a constrain or where the water is very hard. Coolers can also allow separated liquids to be drained either manually or by auto drain valve. Based on the specification of the clients, Coolers can be modified and used for the following reasons: - Oil Cooler for Screw Compressor, DG Set & other machines (by removing Moisture Separator)
- Inter cooler for Reciprocating Compressor (by adding Suction Drum)
- Compressed Air Dryer (by using chilled water, brine or refrigerant as cooling medium.)
