Working Principle:
Heat exchangers have two fluids of different starting temperatures which flow through the heat exchanger. One of the heat exchangers flow through the tubes located inside while the other flows through the tubes located inside the shell. The heat is transferred from one fluid to the other through the tube walls, either from tube side to shell side or vice versa and can be either be in liquid or gaseous form.
