The product is manufactured from high quality synthetic-non-woven media , backed by white HDPE mesh on clean- air-side and Aluminium –mesh on other side, stitched together and foam sealed-Epoxy- sealed to frame. Frame is manufactured from either Aluminium channel-Galvanized steel or MS Enameled
All standard models shall be in CASSET-PANEL frames.

Frame: mild steel wire rod welded and special- epoxy painted .
Filter media: Non woven media supported by brown HDPE – mesh on both sides and stitched together in diamond pattern, held firmly on frame with Rexene –border and elastic rope.

WASHABLE -FINE filter is made in an extended surface configuration.

The product is manufactured from high quality synthetic-non-woven media , fronted by WHITE- HDPE mesh, backed by G.I wire-netting / Aluminium mesh ,stitched together and pleated in piano-accordion format. Filter pack is EPOXY- sealed into flange –type outer casing manufactured from either Galvanized steel or Aluminium sheet. Plates are kept apart by G. I.-Aluminium separators. Finished product is fitted with sealing gaskets on the back - side of flange.

All standard models shall be in flange type framesand provided with 4- nos. holes for mounting filter to outer- housing.
