| Energy Regulator The BHA Energy Regulator effects its control by periodically switching the power on and off, the ratio of the on time to the total time determining the average power input. As compared with a variable resistance, the energy regulator is in general cheaper, far less bulky, and applicable to any load up to its rated capacity. Moreover, the control is effected without the loss of energy associated with resistance control, is variable continuously from no load to full load and is substantially independent of mains voltage fluctuations up to about 20%. Functional Description: The energy regulator mainly consists of a heated bimetal and a snap-action switch (spring contact). Technical Specifications:

Infinite Control The infinite control switch gives infinite control for non-inductive loads up to 15 Amps on 120 or 240 V-AC (cannot be used with an external conductor). It can be turned either to left or right to adjust proper heat from 0-100% wattage with infinite control over the first 50% of total wattage. Energized continuously in HI position, at other settings it delivers selected input level under control of a simple bimetal timer. Only 3 mounting holes are necessary to install the Infinite Control Switch in customer supplied box or panel. It is designed for use at ambient temperatures up to 85¢XC. Technical Specifications:

Snap Thermostat The BHA Snap Action Thermostat regulates the temperature continuously by switching the power on and off after the achievement of the set temperature. The Snap Thermostat¡¦s normally closed contacts opens on achieving the set temperature which closes again when the temperature will drop by the differential. Technical Specification:

Stem Thermostat DESCRIPTION : Thermostat with safety cut out, single pole stem control and double pole safety limiter FEATURES
OPERATION:The differential expansion of the sensing element causes the opening of a snap-action switch in the thermostat head. Stem Thermostat The BHA Stem Thermostat regulates the temperature continuously by switching the power on and off after the achievement of the preset temperature. The Stem Thermostat¡¦s normally closed contacts opens on achieving the preset temperature on certain drop of temperature contacts again becomes closed, the difference between the temperature at which the contacts becomes open & closed is called the hysteresis, which is between 5 to 10aC. The BHA Stem Thermostat operates with 5% tolerance of the scale printed on the cover, the temperature is set by adjusting the knob over cover. The BHA Stem Thermostat is far more economical, less bulky & accurate as compared with analog temperature controller & capillary type thermostat. Technical Specifications:
