We manufacture energy-efficient
double track induction melting furnaces that are highly economical in working. Our double track induction furnaces are
used to melt alloys at faster speed and with maximum efficiency. This is facilitated by double power compressors. Our furnace utilizes pouring time for melting by transferring the power to other crucibles thus increasing efficacy. The melting and holding facility is shared by both the crucibles that reduces energy consumption.
This furnace is provided with two full power rated inverters that assure automatic constant power tracking leading to increase in melting rate. Some of the features of our two phase furnace are:
