We manufacture state-of-the-art single track induction melting furnaces that increase the power saving by its excellent features.

Our aesthetically designed single phase furnaces are user friendly as these have custom built operator interfaces that ascertain ease of operation. We use higher rated devices our single track furnaces that are supplied by reputed manufacturers. Our single track induction melting furnace have the following salient features:

Double Track Induction Melting Furnaces


Double Track Induction Melting Furnaces

We manufacture energy-efficient double track induction melting furnaces that are highly economical in working. Our double track induction furnaces are used to melt alloys at faster speed and with maximum efficiency. This is facilitated by double power compressors. Our furnace utilizes pouring time for melting by transferring the power to other crucibles thus increasing efficacy. The melting and holding facility is shared by both the crucibles that reduces energy consumption.

This furnace is provided with two full power rated inverters that assure automatic constant power tracking leading to increase in melting rate. Some of the features of our two phase furnace are:

  • Digitally interlocked power sharing of the inverters
  • Sharing of power between crucibles facilitated by electronics
  • Power factor maintained at 0.99 in all conditions
  • Pouring time utilised for meting by transferring the power to other crucible.
  • Increases production.
  • Melting and holding facility on both the crucibles.
  • Reduces energy consumption
