The company was incorporated in 1995 under the name of Mangla Enterprises.
In 2005, it subsequently renamed as Pegasus Products and started
manufacturing designer leather belts, webbing belts, belt buckles and
fashion footwear.

Belt Division
The belts division has one of the most modern manufacturing plants.
Completely mechanized, the facility uses both traditional and modern
techniques to produce high fashion belts as well as basic belts. The usage
of traditional methods, such as hand stitching, hand padding, hand molding
along with usage of sophisticated machinery on its belts make this divisions
one of its kind, globally.
Flip-Flop Division
The footwear also has most modern manufacturing plant for making open
footwear like flip-flop and sandals. This facility has completely mechanized
cutting section and uses hand lasting method for the construction.
