Mr. T.Saravanan is the founder person of the company and has been dedicatedly serving the industry with his vast knowledge and experience. He has taken the annual turnover of the company to two crores.
Our representatives are located at Tirupur and Sidco, who are providing efficient services to our clients. We own well equipped state-of-the-art infrastructure with sophisticated machinery, which is operated by a team comprising of extremely competent professionals. Team Structure
Our talented and experienced designers and craftsmen have carved out a special place for themselves with their designs and creations. Various departments in our company like Marketing, Administration, Banking, Production, Packaging, Quality Control, etc are managed by our highly qualified professionals who ensure world class standards. Regular skill development training is provided to the workforce every three months. |

Infrastructure
All our products are manufactured with the help of our modern machines which have been installed in our capacious manufacturing plant spread on an area of 7500 sq.ft. We take pride in revealing our production capacity, which stands at 40000pcs per month. At our CAD/CAM (Product design/Development) facility and in-house design unit we undertake computerized garment designing and patternmaking. We have successfully installed following machines at our unit:
- Flat lock machines – Pegasus, Siruba
- Overlock machine – Pegasus, Sirbal, Vamatosiruba, Yamato
- Sewing single needle machines – Suki Brother
- Finishing machines – Batistula, Ramsons

Quality
At Pelo Creations, we undertake strict quality control measures right from the procurement of the raw material to final products. Our products exhibit finest artwork and promise the best quality. Each lot is thoroughly tested before the dispatch of consignments. All our fabrics are duly tested in our well known laboratories situated at Tirupur for colour fastness, stability for washing and weight of the fabric. Quality inspection also takes place at the time of knitting. We are certified from Bureau of Indian Standard for our quality garments. |

Warehousing and Packaging
We understand the importance of meeting bulk requirements of clients’ orders in stipulated time period. We own a large warehousing unit which is spread on an area of 1200sq.mtr. Alike products have been kept in sections for convenient access. The unit is absolutely rodent free and equipped with all the gadgets for safety of the products. Our experienced C & F Agents make sure that clients receive the products in the same condition as they were packed.
We have also earned our clients’ reputation for the careful and safe packaging of consignments. We use quality Corrugated Boxes, waterproof Cartons and Sheets for individual packagings. We also undertake customized packaging solutions to keep our clients satisfied. |
