Pelton Turbines | | We manufacture a wide range of pelton turbines that are available with 1, 2 or 3 jets arrangement. The capacity of the head ranges from 50 m to 400 m. Our range is provided with a runner that is manufactured using quality stainless steel that is integrally casted. Our range of pelton turbines is fitted with buckets that are bolted to the hub.
We offer following types of deflectors:

| Kaplan Turbines |
| We offer a wide range of kaplan turbines that is a propeller-type water turbine and has adjustable blades. Our range includes low head vertical kaplan turbine having head range of 1.8 m to 20 m. These are also available in ultra low head having head range of 1.8 m to 4 m. In the ultra low head the turbine intake is done using siphon arrangement. Our range is available in 200 KW to 3 MW unit output
Depending on the site conditions these are available in following specifications:
*Fixed runner blade & adjustable guide vanes
*Runner blade adjustable & fixed guide vanes (semi-kaplan)
*Both runner blade & guide vanes adjustable (full-kaplan)
Our range of kaplan turbines comprises of oil servomotor that is located above the gear box that ensures easy maintenance.

Francis Turbines | | We manufacture a wide range of francis turbines that is available in a head range from 12 m to 250 m. These are available in various designs such as horizontal shaft and vertical shaft. Our range of francis turbine is available in various capacities of 100 KW to 5 MW. Our range francis turbines of low head francis turbine is fitted with standard gear box and high speed generators. In addition, for turbines of capacity up to 200 KW we offer flat belt-pulley that increases speed. Our horizontal francis turbine units are supplied with over hung design and a separate turbine shaft. These are also available with a provision of adequate flywheel when the penstock is relatively long. With the help of our experts we also offer vertical arrangement for higher capacity unit sizes. |
