At the heart of Perfect Alloys is a team of young and dedicated professionals. But one of the major strengths of Perfect Alloys is without any doubt the experience of its director and founder Mr P.J.A. Manoj, an Industrial engineer from the Palliambil family who were pioneers in the automobile battery industry in the state of Kerala in India. The late Mr. P.A. Joseph, Mr. Manoj?s father was the chairman of POABS Battery Containers Ltd; the most reputable automobile battery suppliers in the state. Having been actively involved in his father?s enterprise from a relatively young age, Mr. Manoj possesses more than 3 decades? experience in the field. He also gained essential theoretical knowledge during his college years empowering him to venture even further in the industry. There is also the invaluable support of his wife Mrs. Riya Manoj who has also been managing the financial affairs of the enterprise for the past ten years and who has also contributed enormously to the expansion plans.`
