in the year 2005, our company Perfect Engineering Components Private
Limited is engaged in the sphere of manufacturing and supplying a wide
range of CNC & Machined Turned parts, Drive Pulleys, CNC Turned Components.
Under the
able guidance of our Founder, Mr. Ishwar Saini, who has 15 years’
experience, we have set up new benchmarks in the industry. These CNC and Machined Turned Parts are
used for various applications in air conditioning, refrigeration, & other
engineering industries.
We have
established a sound and sophisticated manufacturing unit that is spread over a
sprawling area with enough installation capacity. The unit is equipped with
latest manufacturing and quality testing facilities, based on latest
technology, allowing us to develop and test our parts and components on
industrial quality parameters. We are an ISO 9001: 2000 Certified Company,
which is a testimony for our strict quality policy.
Over the
period of time, we have been able to create a large clientele across the

infrastructure facilities. Further we have state of the art CNC turning &
machining centers, utilities and a standard room that has a standby Power
backup through 180 KVA silent D.G set. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a
sprawling area with abundant installation capacity, which allows us to execute
the process with ease and comfort. Further, we also possess an in-house design
unit that is enables with latest CAD/ CAM facility permitting us to develop our products with
innovative approach. |

Our company is backed by efficient pool of technocrats, engineers, researchers, procurement agents, quality controllers, marketing personnel and various skilled and semi-skilled staff. In the leadership of Mr. U. K. Mishra (B.Sc. Hons. Chemistry) GM of the company who has 40 years of experience in engineering components production management the whole group of Perfect Engineering Components is working efficiently to achieve the quality standards. It is due to the special efforts of Mr. U. K. Mishra that we have been able to raise the status of the company as a leading organization. The entire team is self dedicated and work with an aim to produce optimum quality CNC and Machined Parts for our respected clients. They are well trained and understand the manufacturing process properly developing effective range of parts. Further, we also conduct regular training for our team members to keep them abreast of the latest technology. |
