Planetory Gears

Utilizing our advance design facilities, appropriate material selection and innovative production techniques, we manufacture and supply precision engineered Planetory Gears. The unit is designed with an input shaft that is connected to a drive source and an internal gear, which serves as outermost element about the axis of rotation of the input shaft.

Gear Couplings

We design and supply premium quality Gear Couplings for coupling of motors to flywheels / counter pulleys, gear Boxes etc. A gear coupling is a power transmission coupling that uses a hub with gear teeth on the outside diameter of the input shaft. Gear coupling generally comes in construction and does require lubrication. The gear coupling is very rigid torsionally, and can transmit high torque along relatively small packages.

Features:

• Comprises a clutch that have an input connection to the power take off and an output for connection to power transmission input of the trailer unit
• The tension in the coupling when it connects the tractor and trailer units is supervised, and the slippage of the clutch is regulated in response to the monitored tension
• This is needed so as to maintain the speed at which the trailer unit is driven considerably the same as the speed at which the tractor unit is driven

Range:

The range of our gear coupling include:

Flexible Coupling: They couple or connect rotating members, like motors and drive shafts while allowing misalignment in either parallel or angular offset orientation. The types of coupling can be sliding block, roller or silent chain. When searching for flexible couplings some mechanical characteristics are to be looked at. These include rated torque, torsional stiffness, rated speed, and backlash. Rated torque is the highest service torque for which coupling is rated. The rated speed is the highest rated rotational speed of coupling. Stiffness is usually expressed in torque per unit angular deformation. Backlash is the rotational position loss because of direction change.

Rigid Coupling: Rigid coupling connects or couple rotating members, like shafts. They secure onto both members and offer transmission of torque and motion. The coupling does not allow for parallel of angular misalignment.








Bevel Gears

We offer quality Bevel Gears that are used to connect intersecting axes and come in various types. The pitch surface of a bevel gear is a cone. These gears have proved to be highly useful when the direction of rotation of shaft needs to be changed. Using gears of varying numbers of teeth can change the speed of rotation. These gears are usually mounted on shafts, which are 90 degrees apart, however these can be designed to work at other angles as well.

Bevel gears permit minor adjustment during the assembly and provide for some displacement due to the deflection under operating loads without concentrating the load on the end of the tooth. For superior performance, the bevel gears must be pinned to shaft with a dowel or taper pin.

Applications:

A good example of application of bevel gears can be seen as the main mechanism for a hand drill. The bevel gears have find applications in locomotives, automobiles, printing presses, marine applications, cooling towers, power plants, steel plants, defense and also in railway track inspection machine.




Rack and Rack Pinions

We offer precision engineered Racks and Pinions, that are available in both diametrical and metric module pitches. Rack & Pinion can be used to provide a complete product, including bored holes, turned and milled integral shafts, and drilled and tapped hole patterns. A wide range of materials, metal finishes, and heat treat options are also available. Rack and pinions are used to used to convert between rotary and linear motion. The rack is the flat, toothed part, while the pinion is the gear. Rack and pinion can convert from rotary to linear or from linear to rotary.

The diameter of the gear fixes the speed, which the rack moves as the pinion turns. These are typically used in the steering system of cars to convert the rotary movement of the steering wheel to the side to side motion in the wheels. Rack and pinion gears give a positive motion especially when compared to the friction drive of a wheel in tarmac.

Annulus Ring- JCB-66 T & Annulus Carrier

Annulus ring is a gear with teeth on the surface of inner cylinder. The teeth can be either helical or spur. In an involute-form, the internal gear teeth have a concave rather convex design with a thicker base than an equivalent external gear. These gears not only give greater tooth strength but because of a lower sliding velocity along the tooth profile, makes these gears quieter. We offer precision engineered internal gears that have found variety of uses and applications in rollers, indexing, timing and other light duty applications. Internal gears are used as tools for creating solid models of drive components. These gears have cylindrical pith surface with a teeth, which is parallel to the axis.




Clutch Housings
