Gas Manifold with Control Panel

Our clients can avail from us, a wide range of Gas Manifolds with Control Panel, which is a semi automatic control panel. A pneumatically operated controlling device with batteries is provided in these gas control panels. This device activates an audio alarm for 15 seconds as pressure falls to a certain limit.

Gas Control Panel:

• It has a battery operated pneumatically controlled device, which activates an audio alarm for about fifteen seconds when gas pressure in the system falls to approximately 4.2 kg/cm2
• It contains two IOX-14 regulator and one high flow regulator to regulate the pressure of gas
• It has two electric contact gauges which indicate the pressure of gas by electric contact gauges user can set the minimum pressure (on which alarm will active) of the system

Gas Manifold:

Gas cylinders are connected with Manifold with the help of Tail pipes & Non-Return Valves.

Manifolds are different types as per requirements.

Tail pipe with Non Return Valve

1. Copper pipe with nuts & nipples.
2. One side of the pipe to be fitted in the cylinder valve.
3. Other side on the Non-Return valve.
4. Copper pipe length as per requirement (Standered 1 meter).
5. Non-Return valve use for one way gas flow.
