Gas Outlets

The outlet points will have the following features:

Ø      Double locking system with parking facility.

Ø      In parking position – when probe inserted into the outlet to first click

      position, no gas should flow

Ø      In working position –  when probe pressed into the outlet to second click

      position, gas should flow.

Ø      In interruption of gas flow – when the ring is pressed uniformly, the probe

      should return to the parking position and there should not be gas flow.

Ø      Non-interchangeable  gas / vacuum specific probes

Ø      Gas / Vacuum specific internal components

Ø      All plastic materials will be non toxic and compatible to medical gases

Ø      Colour coded for gas / vacuum specific and the name of the gas will be

      clearly indicated.

We are offering a comprehensive range of Self Sealing Valves & Key Plugs. The outlet points, through which gases & vacuum are strained, are of self sealing type, and consist of non-interchangeable outlet fittings. For establishing the supply, an appropriate key plug is inserted into the orifice of the outlet point, and is pressed until it locks in position. The milled collar round orifice is rotated a few degrees to the right, when the safety key plug is automatically ejected and the gas flow is cut off for breaking the connection.
