PTFE Packing

The packing is made from 100% pure PTFE unsintered tape.


SERVICE:-

Used against corrosive chemicals, solvents, oil and petroleum by products, liquid oxygen pumps, valves etc.

This packing, consruted from HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH PTFE YARN, which incorporates high quality graphite particles for better heat transfer. The constituents impart improved thermal conductivity heat dissipation, lubricity, and low thermal expansion and low coefficient or friction.



SERVICE:-

The packing is developed for high speed shafts in rotating, reciporocatory and static services, valve stems, slurry and high pressure applications against chemicals, acids and alkalies, oils pump and paper etc.

This packing is manufactured from PUR PTFE yarn impregnated with PTFE dispersion by a special process. This packing has dimensional stability, high compressiblility and low coefficent of friction


SERVICE:-

For valve, reciprocating rods, centrifugal pumps, mixers, corrosive gases, acids and alkalies, ammonia, solvents, hydrocarbons, foodstuff and pharmaceutical industries.

This packing is made from pure PTFE yarn, impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricanted with high temperature inert lubricant.

This packing is suitable for rotary, reciprocating and static applications. Used also food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, industries etc.

A unique braided packing made from PTFE yarn and pure graphite bonded PTFE yarn.
