Incorporated in the year 1973, we PERFECTPAC LIMITED are one of the pioneers in the manufacturing of corrugated fibre board containers and Expanded Polystyrene products, which are used in diversified areas for packaging and insulation. Earlier, we were involved into the manufacturing of fibre board containers, but with changing times and increasing competition, a new plant with a capacity of 500 TPA for the manufacturing of expanded polystyrene products was established in the year 1996 at Faridabad premises. Our products are known for their great strength, quality, temperature resistivity, variety and competitive prices, which has helped us in acquiring an annual turnover of around 165million.

The quality products and strong reputation of our organization in market, has helped us in gaining the trust of clients and increase our client base. We have got two manufacturing units located at Faridabad (CPC and EPS Unit) and Greater Noida (CFC Automatic plant), which provide the superior quality products to clients because of various manufacturing facilities, we have got in that manufacturing unit. Some of the key features of our manufacturing units include : Factory Covered Area - Faridabad - 35,000 Sq.ft. Greater Noida - 24000Sq.ft Plant Capacity - Faridabad - (9000 MT) per annum. Greater Noida - (24000MT) per annum. Annual Turn Over Faridabad - Rs. 165 million Greater Noida – Production started in March 2006.

We make use of various testing equipments in order to conduct stringent tests on the manufactured products, the tests are conducted to check following parameters : • Paper substance (GSM). • Burst factor of paper. • Board bursting strength. • Puncture resistance of board. • Compression strength of CFC. • Cobb value of paper and board. • Viscosity of glue.
