Backed with a team of highly qualified professionals, we offer Construction Materials of fine quality. This material is used to provide extra strength to the structure and is presented at the best rates in the industry. It is easy to use and provides long lasting effects. The product range available with us includes Conlite Concrete, Conlite Plaster, Cryogenic Perlite, Perlite Plaster and Amorphous Silica.

Perlite Powder

Perlite powder is expanded perlite, it is a mineral which is non-toxic, non-irritant properties granulate and use for cloth washing. This ingredient is obtained by high temperature expanding process of natural mineral. Perlite powder gives you extra softness, shining, abrasion look to your valuable garments. This application helps in reducing enzymatic process and dosages. Long lasting softness and shining helps to improve your product value

Note
:
• Poor quality of yarn and dyeing cause to damaging fabric like high color reduction & piling. Confirm your fabric quality before using perlite powder.
• Drainage lines has to be prepared with dust collectors to avoid chock up.

Packing: Perlite powder is available in 20 kg. bags.

Cryogenic Perlite

"Super" Insinuating Perlite For Evacuated Cryogenic Service

Expanded cryogenic perlite is used for a wide variety of insulating applications ranging from cryogenic vessels requiring 'super' insulation to low temperature and high temperature applications, lightweight perlite insulating concrete, insulating board, insulating plasters, masonry wall insulation and underfloor insulation.

Cryogenic Perlite 'Super' Insulation

For cryogenic applications of -150°F (-101°C) and below requiring "super" insulation, evacuated perlite provides a superior insulation with thermal conductivity up to 40 times less than 0.200 Btu-in/h-ft3oF (0.029 W/m-K) depending on vacuum and temperature. Usual applications for evacuated perlite insulation are in double walled helium and hydrogen storage spheres. It may also be used for storage of oxygen, nitrogen and LNG when especially low thermal conductivities are desired. In addition to large field erected storage tanks, evacuated perlite is used to insulate smaller shop fabricated vessels designed for the storage of many of the cryogenic gases.

Properties of Cryogenic Perlite Insulation

Perlite insulation suitable for evacuated cryogenic service exhibits low thermal conductivity throughout a range of temperatures, pressures and densities. The normal recommended density range is 8 to 9-1/2 lb/ft3 (128 to 152 kg/m3). The accompanying graph provides data on thermal conductivity for expanded perlite with a density of 8.7 lb/ft3 (139 kg/m3) at mean temperatures from 0°F (-18°C) to -160°F (-107°C). Cryogenic temperatures are generally considered to be below -150°F (-101°C). Thermal conductivity of evacuated perlite is many times lower than that of nonevacuated perlite insulation. For example, at a mean temperature of -115°F (-82°C), normal unevacuated cryogenic perlite at 4 lb/ft3 (64 kg/m3) would have a thermal conductivity about 22 times as peat as evacuated perlite at 8.7 lb/ft3 (139 kg/m ) and interstitial pressure of 10 microns.

Density 8 to 9 ½ lb/ft3 (128 to 152 kg/m3)
Sieve Analysis (U.S. Standard) Maximum 5% +30 mesh (0.6 mm)*
Thermal Conductivity 0.0047 Btu-in/h-ft2- °F' (0.0007 W/m-K)+

  • Tests have shown that the finer the material the better its performance (Within the specified density range).
  • Thermal conductivity depends on temperature, density and sieve analysis of expanded perlite and the interstitial pressure.
  • + At -160°F (-107°C), 8.7 lb/ft3 (139 kg/m3), 0.01µ. (1.33 mPa)

Amorphous Silica

Amorphous Silica is specially produced product from Diatomite when mixed with cement it replaces the cement by 10% by useing only 3% of Amorphous Silica without affecting the strenth.

Diatomite fillers are composed of  hydrated  amorphous silica and are essentially inert. One exception is that the natural uncalcinedgrades are extremely readtive to alkalies. Several uses have been made of this property , it’s high reactivity has been used to control deleterious effect occuring when high alkalie portland céments are combine with reactive aggregates such as lime stone.

For improving compressive and tensile strength of cement as addition of only 3% of Diatomite in their final grinding can help them to improve the strenth.

In cement products ,such as in manufacturing precast cement pipes and blocks as well as various other cement products ,when only small percentage of Amorphous Silica is mixed it can reduce the use of cement equivalant to nearly four times the material added which can bring in substantial economy and added value such as fire proof, light weight and better smooth finish.

This is the product which is substatially used in western countries in various construction jobs as well as in the production of cement  base products.
