Working

Overband Magnet is placed over the conveying belts carrying the material. This system arrests Ferromagnetic materials from distance of 300mm/12 inches from feed material which is transported through the production process.

Working

As the material flows through the grills, the iron particles are attracted by the magnets and they are trapped over the surface of the element. The trapped material has to be removed manually after removing magnetic grills from its location. Incase of self cleaning grills the iron particles get trapped over the extra sleeve provided on the elements, they get released as soon as the elements are pushed out through the sleeves.

Magnetic Grills are the most effective, low priced long-lasting trouble free systems.

Working

The iron particles are attracted over the rotating S.S.shell surface and are carried by it further till they reach the non magnetic portion of the drum where they get dropped. The non magnetic material falls from the discharge outlet separately.

Our extensive range of ferrite shallow pot magnet is manufactured using standard M6 thread for building into jigs and fixtures and is fitted with a J bolt.  The surface can be painted red or coated with nickel, zinc and chrome which ensures high performance and long working life at clients end. These Ferrite Shallow Pot Magnets are wide and low, which makes it ideal choice for limpet type gripping applications.

We provide an effective range of alnico magnetic holdfast which is manufactured with utter precision so that these magnetic holdfasts are able to handle work holding, handling and assembly fixtures so as to give a high clamping force and positive grip, but not attraction from a distance. Each holdfast is outfitted with a screw down handle because of the exceptionally strong grip of this range of magnets. Magnetic Holdfasts can be used singly or together to make welding and other assembly jigs.
