Working

For Iron Removal Magnetic Plates are generally located above the material flow. While flowing iron particles are attracted by the plate.

For Holding of Ferro Magnetic material like Tin/M.S. sheets, containers as they are conveyed by the conveying belt multiple Magnetic Plates at number of locations are used. This prevents the falling off sheets/containers from the conveyor.

Working

The filters are installed at a suitable location along the passage of fluid. The flowing liquid is made to travel around magnetic field of high intensity Magnetic Elements where fine ferrous particles get arrested. These arrested fine iron particles can be removed manually after removing the top lid of the filter. Drain plug is provided at the bottom face for cleaning of the filter.

Working

Magnetic chute is placed in the flow path of the materials passing through the ducts, with help of flanges. As the material flows through the chute, the iron contamination gets attracted on the magnetic surface and the non magnetic material flows out of it without any disturbance. The chutes are generally placed vertically on the discharge ducts. However if required it can also be placed horizontally between the material flow lines.
