About Us

I have always had a passion and love for the exotic beautiful marine fishes. And for the past 18 years I was attached professionally to the marine aquarium industry in Maldives as a Marine Researcher. I am also a scuba diver and Member of PADI Europe Scuba Diving Association/Switzerland. In April 2009, I have proceeded to offer my services in India, and I heartily welcome all pet lovers in India to explore with me on this fascinating hobby. Mr. Lathif MF is the founder of Pet-Channel Aquarium , and also 2 other companies, in Maldives - HMF MALDIVES PVT LTD and in Sri Lanka - VARIETY MARINE, both leading companies exporting marine fishes to USA, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Sri Lanka. With his vast experience of 18 years in the aquarium industry, he has designed and managed quarantining entire aquarium facilities in Maldives and Sri Lanka with over 300 tanks. Further, he has also been Consultant for installation of designer tanks at INTERZOO world?s largest international pet fair in Nurnberg/Germany in 2002 and 2006.
