In-process Inspection: In-process Quality Control Procedures are defined to the infinite detail, which involves our workmen, supervisors and quality control inspectors to ensure that only the best quality products are produced and despatched to our customers. At the core of our Quality Assurance system is our Production team – this ensures that all concerned with the production process are well aware of the customer requirements and are trained to ensure that these are met.
In-process Materials are inspected for:
Dimensional features like tolerance, lobbing, out-of-roundness, length, width, diameter, straightness etc.
Mechanical Properties such as Tensile strength, Elongation, Yield strength, Reduction of Area, and Hardness at Core.
Surface Finish
Finished Goods Inspection or Pre-despatch Inspection: We have a team dedicated for inspection of finished products who keep continuously abreast of customer requirements as well as developments in the industry. The finished products are inspected in accordance with the customer's requirements for conformance to standards such as ASTM, DIN, EM, BS, AMS, ASME, QQS, MIL, JIS, NACE, IS, NORSOK etc.

Test certifications comply with Euro norm EN 10204 3.1B / DIN 50049 3.1B. In case you require any special tests to be conducted on the raw material to meet your requirement we would gladly do so.
