MAIN PRODUCTS
1) PGcoders- Shaft encoders are precision measuring instruments, the basic encoder is used as it is in hostile environment obtained in industries like steel mills, it will be the most vulnerable instrument under such conditions. Hence new range of Heavy duty encoders was introduced to meet this requirement. Precision shaft monolithic soft couplings are offered in conjunction with PGcoders.
2) Infra-Red Barriers - Transmission, scanning & retro-reflective types, infra-red safety guard system, laser position sensors & colour sensors.
. EIR-101- Transmission/opposed beam type for sensing objects at distances of few millimeters upto 10M;
. EIR-201- Retro-reflective sensor having sensor only on one side and reflector opposed to it, for distances upto 4M.
. EIR-301- Scanning / diffuse sensing type to sense the presence & absence of object using only one sensor. It is to be sensed by reflection from the object itself upto 1 meter distance. Laser Sensors For distance upto 15 M, also available.
3) I.R.Guards - Safety guards formed by a curtain of infra-red beams operate when the curtain is intruded in by a person or a hand or even finger.
4) Sensors using lasers to achieve high accuracy & long distances sensing
5) Fibre Optics used as light guides to detect objects located at places having extremely difficult space availability.
6) Mark Sensors can sense mark of any colour in any background on a running paper, plastic or web.
7) Colour Sensors can discriminate change in colour or texture on a running line and gives a logic output on sensing a 'set' shade of colour. One can set any number of thresholds for colours with corresponding outputs.
8) PGprox - Proximity switches (inductive & capacitive) DC & AC inductive proximity switches EDP-101 & EDP-301, in stud or tubular design (M12 to M80), for operating distance of 2 to 50mm for voltage 5 to 30V.DC to 240V.AC, for sensing ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
. 2-wire, proximity switches suitable for 24V.DC, series EDP-601 are also available.
. The inductive universal proximity switches EDP-501, can work on 85 to 250 Volts AC or DC
. Capacitive proximity switches EDC-101available in size M18 through M50 for sensing non-metals like wood, plastic, liquids, etc.
