Digital timer counter module 2/3/4/5 digits with memory

Presettable Timer with programmable on/off time in secs/minutes/hours for machine sequence control,equioment timed on/off . Bright 7segment LED display for panel mount applications operate from 9volts ac/dc.

Digital Readout of encoder pulses with two memory points in standard DIN case with rear panel termination for incremental encoder A,B & Reset pulses with standard RS485 interface.

This encoder display module accepts TTL level differential signal from encoder and displays rotary angle position with reference to index signal.Built in power fail detection circuits stores the current angle position of encoder in non volatile memory . Another user selectable  display data can also be stored for field use.

When power is applied to the encoder display unit, power up self test is performed . This test will send digits 0 to 9 in all five digit locations sequentially with a dwell time of 0.5 seconds for each number. Make sure the encoder is connected   before applying power to the display unit.   User can store at any time current value of angle displayed by simple actuation of ‘store’ push button control switch. A separate  memory display control push button switch  will briefly flash the stored angle  value in memory.

7-Segment LED based multi digit display PCB with 7 digits, with Rs232C interface for use in weighing machine parallel display unit. These modules have dedocated micro-controller ,operate with 9vAC or DC power input.

This Instrument provides the user with the essential data needed about the

condition of the tested load cell for the electrical conditions such as bridge resistance and possible ground faults. Convenient light weight desktop model  for quick check  of load cells. Very  useful for production centers and service centers.

This Instrument accepts input from two analog channels. 4-20mA current input from Humidity & temperature sensor with signal conditioner modules.Input signal are continuously monitored and logged into non volatile data memory automatically at user programmable log intervals.Data can be transferred to PC after completion of required number of logs. Serial data transmission with RS232C/RS485  interface is provided.The Instrument retains the last operation state before power failure- logging or Standby mode  When power to the Instrument is re-enabled, it will retain the last operation state.

Process Indicator accepts sensors rated for 24v DC excitation, measures the 4-20mA dc current through the sensor . Required 24vDC excitation power is also provided by the Instrument. It also displays the value of process variable in selected engineering units from a choice of pressure, temperature, weight etc .Display decimal point is selectable in a 4 digit numeric value. Serial data transmission with user programmable transmit interval is available as menu option. Instrument configuration and calibration sequence are made secure through password /ID entry. Calibration of Instrument for zero & full span is enabled through  password /device ID.
