The SS- stainless steel model, body.
Is fabricated made out of AISI304Q. Material. The STD-standard model, body is fabricated made out of mild steel duly hard chrome plated body.

8000 capsule per/ hour for capsules size 00to 5 for 300 hole M/C.
4250 capsule per /hour for capsule size 00 to 5 for 200 Hole M/C.
Depending on formulation and operator skill.

Capsule Loader

Our clients can avail from us Capsule Loaders that are the fill hopper with empty capsules. These are offered with place hand-filler loading tray with guide on the sliding base plate & Switch on the machine. Moreover, these help the capsules automatically get nested in the tray, cap up and body down. Time taken in the process of loading 300 capsules in 300-hole tray is 28 seconds. Further, the Interchangeable parts can be supplied for all capsule sizes: 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 capsules. Technical specifications of these are as follows:

Capsule Polishing Machine

Feeding Section	This section consists of Stainless Steel Hopper, a Stainless Steel Vibrator and a Stainless Steel drug powder collector As the capsules pass through the vibrator some amount of drug powder gets collected in the Stainless Steel collector because of vibration
Inspection Section	This section consists of a conveyor belt with variable speed drive; lighting from above to inspect the capsules The capsules move on the conveyor belt. While moving they revolve around their axis due to the angular guide This total visual inspection can be undertaken by the operator to sort out faulty capsules The faulty capsules are picked up manually by puckers or by hand
Polishing Section	This section consists of two Stainless Steel chambers fitted with a filter cloth; a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush; stainless steel powder collector and vacuum dust collector The capsules travel from one end of the brush to the other end During this travel they are subjected to roll in between the Nylon bristles and Filter cloth In this course the powder on capsules and at the edge are removed and sucked by the Dust collector The capsules coming out of the chute are thoroughly polished, glossy and clean.

Double Cone Blender

Operation :

The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts made out of stainless steel of required grade by customer.

Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.

Silent Features :

The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
All contact parts are made out of stainless 304 or 316 quality material, as required by customer.
Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with ss cover & limit switch. ( In 200 Kgs. & above model )
Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side. ( One LH side & one RH side )
Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
One shaft with 04 nos. of fixed buffels with mirror polished provided inside the cone.
Cone will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished.
All moving parts covered with SS304 covers.
Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit switch.
Panel fabricated from SS304 material with facility of three phase indication, D.O.L. tarter, digital timer & Amp. Meter.
As per customer requirement machine will be provided with left side drive or with right side drive.

Vibro Sifter

General Specifications Of “The Bombay Engineering Works” Vibrosifter / Mechnical Sifter

Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range applications.
This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft.

The top weight causes vibration in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine which causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis.
The angle of lead of the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern. Thus the material moves across the screens and also in the vertical and tangential planes enabling maximum screening. “THE BOMBAY ENGINEERING WORKS” Vibrosifter are available with a wide range of possible screen sizes (mesh) Option for multiple deck separation is also possible.

The unit consist of Specially designed vibratory motor to run on 400/440V, suitable HP, 3 phase, 50 cycles electric supply ,with adjustable eccentric weights at the top and bottom of the motor shafts mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of screening unit. Screening unit consists of SS 304 screen sandwiched between SS 304 hopper and bowl with the help of special clamp with gasket. This in turn is clamped to the base plate. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplify the vibration and at the same time restrict the vibration from being transferred to the floor.
