Our entire range is made in our manufacturing unit which is based in Mumbai. The manufacturing unit and warehouse based in Mumbai are well equipped with requisite amenities, which assists us to meet the bulk demands of clients based in domestic as well as international market. Our manufacturing unit sprawls around the vast area of 10000 sq ft and have an installation capacity of 100 units per month. The unit helps us in meeting client demand with estimated lead time of 30 days

Care is being taken while we procure the raw material i.e. the suppliers are approved based on the market credentials relations maintained by them and the quality of product delivered time and against. However there are quality checks right from the receipt of material. Subject to stringent checks at production levels. Most of the materials used by us confirm to the standards.

Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process involves:
Preparation of detailed engineering design & fabrication drawings
Procurement of the raw materials & the bought-out components.
Laying out and cutting the raw material as per drawing.
Set up and carry out the tack welding. Check the dimensions & alignments / levels.
Carry out the root run and back chip and conduct DP test to detect cracks. Complete the welding and grinding.
Final checking of dimensions and alignments / levels.
If required, do the sand blasting, stress relieving, lining, etc. as per the drawing.
Conduct hydro test, peel test, spark test, etc.
Conduct NDT as per the drawings / specifications.
Assemble the components to check the final dimensions, aesthetics, marking, etc.
Apply paint and do the necessary packing for dispatch.
Load the equipment on a carrier in a stable way for safe transport and delivery.
Materials Handled: CS, SS 304, 309, 316, 321, etc. to ASTM, DIN, JIS standards.
The company has evolved its own quality policy for customer satisfaction and has a written policy manual. All the stringent quality and documentation requirement as per ISO standards are fulfilled. This has helped the company to become a preferred vendor of HPCL, Transchem, PI Drugs, Coromandel Fertilisers, etc. The facilities are approved by the following inspection agencies - BVQI, TCE, RITES, etc.

Vernier Calipers (12”, 18” and 1m), Micrometers (100 – 200 & 0 – 100), Inside Micrometer (300), Dial Gauge and Go – No Go Gauges.
Hydrotest pump upto 70 kg/cm2 with pressure gauges of various range.
Surface Plate for leveling reference.
Ultrasonic Thickness tester upto 40 mm.
Facilities for DP testing.
Molybdenum Detection Kit
Tong Tester, Multimeter.
Other tests such as Radiography, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Helium Leak Test, etc. are outsourced to approved agencies
All the instruments are calibrated at regular intervals with traceability to NPL standards.
Manufacturing Unit
Total area 1000m² (40 m X 38 m) with covered area of 30 m X 32 m and height of 15 m below the gantry girder. For material handling there is mechanical hoist of 15 T available. Hydra from outside is called when required to handle any extra heavy loads.
