Technical support

We have developed a special software for tablet designing enabling us to design tablets with different shapes, cavity, breaklines, text/logo layout

with high accuracy. These designs are then directly fed to the C.N.C. machines for subsequent machining.

Proto-Tab: With our technology we can create a plastic proto-tab of the tablet to help you arrive at a final design during stage before making the final hob.

This has enabled us to reduce the development time for any new product to the bare minimum.

Quality Control

Punch cavity & Die bore polish done with fine grade diamond paste imparting a 0.15 micron C.L.A. surface finish.

In addition to adhering to the quality norms during manufacturing, we record the critical dimensions & hardness of each & every piece prior to despatch & retain reports.
