We, Pharmagrid Technical Services Pvt. ltd established in 2008, are one of the leading manufacturers of a wide range of Air Handling Equipment and Industrial Ventilation Equipment. Our range encompasses Air Handling Unit, Wall Finish of Modular Operation Theater and O.T. with Laminar Air Flow System. Owing to the high demands of our clients, we also offer Modern Operation Theater, Epoxy Flooring and Ceiling Suspended Laminar Air Flow System for Operation Theater. All the equipment offered by us are designed and assembled as per the GMP norms.

Our organization holds expertise in offering services, which include Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, DOP Test and Particle Counting. Apart from these services, we also offer our clients with technical services in which, we prepare qualifications (URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), Validation (Temperature, RH. Air Change Rate, Differential Pressure Reading & Particle Count) and Documents of Air Handling Systems. Besides, our products help in improving aforementioned hospital areas by reducing the risk of infection. We design and install down- and cross-flow-systems for the hazardous areas, to create a better environment in the areas, where the patients are treated.

Under the guidance of our mentor Mr. Bhaskar Chakroborty, we have carved a niche for ourselves in the market. Further, with the help of our efficient team members, we are able to meet the growing demands of our customers based in the country.

History Of the Organization

Our organization started with manufacturing of Laminar flow ventilation in the year 1970. This system was introduced by Charnley. This introduction resulted in reduction of post-operative wound infection by Babb et al in 1995. After this, it was the precise contribution of airborne bacteria by Holton and Ridgway in 1993. In 1980 laminar flow ventilation are highly in use followed by a trial between 1974 and 1979. This incidence resulted in determining the relationship between air quality and post-operative sepsis. Researchers shows, this helps in hip and knee surgery results in demonstrating the lower count of airborne bacteria, the lower the sepsis rate with Lidwell et al 1982, 1983, 1984, 1988, Whyte et al 1983.

Recommendation Of Ministry Of Health & Family Welfare

Our organization is recommended with Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for designing a wide range of Air Management Systems.

Further, these are designed and manufactured to achieve the following parameters:
