We have designed the Motorized Ropp Capping Machine to seal a comprehensive range of bottles / containers made of glass, tin, HDPE, PET and aluminium with standard RO / ROPP caps. Salient Features: Some of the salient features of our motorized Ropp Capping Machine include:- • Can adapted to seal goldy, saline and deep seal caps • Caps to be placed manually • The machine can be modified to seal rectangular tin containers from 0.25 liters to 5 liters with the help of can rest • Can be modified to seal fresh top gas tight closures of 1/2 or 1 liter glass or PET bottles with neck holder attachment for non-rigid bottles having provision for the same • Can be provided with a rotary head set The various sealing torque requirements can be set and as per the requirements and the materials of the caps.

Our manufactured planetary mixers are used for dry mixing and dough mixing. This mixer is apt for homogeneous mixing of various ingredients of different densities in different proportions for solid/solid, liquid/ solid, and liquid/liquid. We offer vacuum jacketed planetary mixers for the preparation of ointment, toothpaste, creams, suspensions are specifically designed to achieve the best results. All the parts of the mixer are made from M.S, S S 304 or SS 316 steel as per client's requirements. Our standard mixer is available in 100, 200, 350 and 600 ltrs capacities. This machine has a planetary motion at the mixing beater, which ensures effective homogeneous mixing of the various ingredients. Our Standard Mixer consists of a single mixing beater that rotates in planetary motion i.e. clock wise direction about the central axis and anti-clock wise direction about its own axis. The main drive, lifting and lowering operations are motorized, hydraulically operated or manually done as per specification. The product bowl is mounted on castor wheels, ensuring easy portability for washing and transporting of the material. Vacuum jacketed mixer consists of two open beaters that move in a planetary motion, scraper blade and centrally located high shear emulsifier (optional), which is run by a separate motor for manufacturing of creams, ointments, suspensions and more.

We manufacture our superior quality semi-automatic machines for sealing plastic and lami tubes. This machine works in pneumatic power, through it we can seal, punch batch code and trim as per requirement It has flexible design, which is appropriate for medium production of sealed tubes, up to 7000tubes per day. Through this machine sealing for tube sizes ranging from 19mm to 38mm can be done. Tubes are manually put in the provided holder and placed below the sealing station. Hot air heating is used for melting the sealing area. This assists in perfect sealing of tubes. Upon pressing the switch, the tube end gets heated and sealing is done automatically, within less than 3 seconds. This machine comes with a separate trimming station, which is provided near the sealing station. Manual placing of tubes to the trimming station and than pressing a pneumatic switch, will result in cutting the sealed ends to proper size. Simultaneously, our machine punches the desired batch numbers over the sealed area. This machine is apt for cosmetic, pharma & various other industries.
