We have for our clients our dust collector bags that are used in various industries. These bags are designed to be mounted and gasketed firmly into place with a clamp to ensure a dust tight seal. Specifications

• The volute chamber is one piece, heavy, joint less design manufactured from poly-prpyene a chemically inert  thermoplastic by the use of an exclusive moulded process.
• All the wet end part are in solid moulded construction to withstand corrosion and erosion
• The impeller are semi open type hydraulically balanced by back vanes, used in our all pumps to suit both clear and polluted fluids.
• Distance piece of pumps are made from poly propylene sono corrosion problem can lead to pump leakage.
• Reliable fixing of impeller on the shaft by direct thread

• The complete pump rotating element canb be withdrawn towards the motor end without disturbing the suction or delivery pipeline, due to back pull out design. The motor remains fixed to base plate. The pump rotating element can easily be dismantled into its components.

We have for our clients our wide range of industrial diffusers that are available in two types tabular diffusers and disc diffuser.

Tabular Diffusers

• The tabular diffusers consists of porous membrane that is made of EPDM rubber which is fully supported over the length and circumference UPVC pipe. The diffuser is retained in pace by two hose clamps. It is fitted to the pipe lateral by a PVC TEE or service saddle arrangement. The laterals are connected to a pipe header. The wetted parts of system are made of non-corrosive material. In the absence of airflow, the membrane contracts and covered around the PVC pipe to prevent any back flow. Tubular membrane is available in standard 1 MTR and ½ MTR magnum units.

Disc Diffuser

• The disc diffuser offered by us consists of porous membrane made of EPDA/EPDM rubber supported over the circumference with 20 inches FRP/PVC base plate. The diffuser is retained in place by a specially fabricated clamp. Base plate is fixed to the 110 mm Unplasticized PVC pipe by a PVC bend or service saddle arrangement. One end of lateral is connected to diffuser Unit and other end is connected to a pipe header. The wetted parts of system are made of anti corrosive-material. In the absence of airflow, membrane contracts around the base plate to prevent any back flow.
