Kernels of raw almond from quality origin are graded to obtain uniform sized nuts.  The graded almonds are soaked in brine solution under controlled conditions to ensure uniform soaking and salting. The almonds so treated are drained completely. The  product is slowly dry roasted and there after cooled at predetermined rate to retain the natural taste of almonds.

Fine spray of oil is applied to retain natural taste and appearance.

The cashew kernels grown and processed in and around Goa region, located on  West coast of India are best known for their natural sweetness and superior taste. The whole white kernels recovered fresh from raw nuts are slowly roasted using oil or dry roasting technology and are blended with fine iodised salt.

Cashew nuts are rich source of protein, fat, natural oil, carbohydrates and minerals. Its fat profile is unique and contains almost 80% unsaturated fatty acids. That is why Cashew nuts are the most ideal snack food as a part of daily diet.

Raw Peanuts are sourced from western/southern part of India where quality Peanuts are grown. Peanuts are dry roasted and blanched in a fully automatic plant to remove skin. Blanched peanuts are carefully separated and once again oil or dry roasted to golden brown level, and then blended wilh fine iodised salt to render natural flavour and munching taste. Roasted and Salted Peanuts are fun products to satisfy the munching habit. Peanuts also provide protein and minerals and are very high in energy content.

Roasted & Chatpata (Spicy)

Apart from goodness of peanuts mentioned above, this product is spiced with the seasoning of Indian herbs and spices to get spicy and mouth watering tangy flavour and taste.

Batter Coated and Spicy Pepper

These are uniformly batter coated in automated coating line, oil roasted and then spiced with Indian herbs and spices to give mouth watering crunchy munchy taste.

 Pistachios of the best quality in open shell are graded to remove the damaged, defective and immature nuts. Pistachios are soaked in the brine solution for the required time period in the controlled conditions, and ajitated to ensure uniform soaking and salting.

Pistachios are slowly dry roasted in rotating equipment using cross hot air flow and rapidly cooled.
