In our range of SMT data services, we generate SMT Data from gerber data as some PCB design packages are unable to produce the SMT data. We can process following files to create the smt data:

Autocad to gerber conversion

We offer file conversion service in which CAD files are converted from one format to another. There are many types of file formats that are used by various PCB design CAD programs. Most of the times PCB design house produces a format that is not recognized by the fabricator or photo plotter. However, most design houses are able to produce standard format of Gerber files for PCB fabrication. We specialize in Gerber editing. We do minor changes if customer demands with nominal charges.

Some of the most common file formats are:

We can create the CNC data from the Gerber data if CNC drill is missing from the Gerber data. Drill file generated from scanned data (min 600 dpi) is also possible for simple PCB.
