PIC have developed special batch-printing ink and antifreeze coding ink for low temperature applications. This ink is very useful wherever coding is to be done on ice-cream / butter / milk / ghee & other packing which are to be stored in deep-freezers. This ink is free flowing, lipid, transparent, water-resistant and can be used to mark on glazed / non glazed, metallic / non-metallic surfaces. This ink is resistant to temperature as low as -20 C.

PIC-Antifreeze coding ink is of food-grade quality, quick-drying and has excellent resistance to lubricants / oils / ghee / beverages & spermicidals. The marking on the surface is clear, sharp and indelible. It is suitable for various coding applications like dairy, food, pharma, beverage on automized and manual packing lines.

PIC Introduces hot inks roller for various dry-contact coder of Markem & Kortho machines. This PIC- hot ink roller offer excellent mileage of upto 95,000 impressions per rolls and are outstanding products and do no require adding or charging of conventional inks.It is solid at room temperature and do not smudge. It is non-toxic, gives sharp impressions and contains solvent free ink and therefore there are no hazards possible as in the conventional ink.

The aluminium body pharma cartridge are used in pharmaceutical industries where the medicines / drugs are packed in different types strips / blister packings. It is suitable for all range of blister packaging machines, strip packing machines, FFS machines & coding/batch-printing machines.

PIC’s  ink rollers/pads has solid highly durable porous structure and is extremely long lasting. Universal marking ink is used to print on materials like B.O.P.P. / PP / polester / synthetic polyester packings and other typical packing materials. It is highly used by bakery, chips, fast-food snack manufacturers, biscuit manufacturers, confectionery manufacturers, ready to eat food, pulp manufacturers, sauce manufacturers, ORS packing pouches etc.

PIC POROUS / PAD Marking Ink:

PIC porous ink is a versatile stamping ink for porous / absorbent surfaces to code / print / stamp various information on packaged goods. It is suitable for manual, automatic marking systems.

PIC Hot Foil Coder:

The compact design has been made to use existing technologies of P.I.C. to provide sharp, clear, indelible and colored images on the substrate. The hot foil printing process uses engraved or cast type metal characters, dies, or silicone rubber types which are heated and then stamped down through a colored ribbon (known as foil) on to the substrate to produce colored crisp, clean, sharp, dry prints. This hot foil printing technology of P.I.C. is completely indigenous and is extremely user friendly and maintenance free.

PIC Pneumatic Batch Marker (Intermittent / Pneumatic Type):
