This is used to charge nitrogen in to shock struts . This is of high pressure range up to 2000 psi. This consists of High pressure regulator with inlet,outlet pressure gauge. A safety valve is provided as a safety measure in case of excessive pressure.
A manifold block is provided with 4 needle valves and a pressure gauge.There are two high pressure hose assemblies 5 meters long has been provided to connect the struts. There is a provision of by pass valve to bleed the system in case of excessive pressure.
Working principle:-
- The pressure regulator to be connected to the nitrogen bottle using swivel nut.
- The system has two out let port. The shock struts to be charged simultaneously using hose assembly.
