OPERATING PRINCIPLE The material fed through the hopper will be pulled in by a variable pitch screw. The material gets crushed in the first thread and then the squeezing pressure increases as it moves from one end to the other. Squeezing pressure can be adjusted by the pressure adjusting conical shutter. Extract comes out from the chamber through a perforated bottom plate. It is then collected in the bottom tray and is discharged through outlet. The residue is passed out through conical shutter and collected through a channel. A water jacket is provided at one end of the chamber to avoid over heating due to high pressure extraction. Juice expeller is available in following four models.
