The company has established proficiency in developing standard & custom gears, made from alloy steel, ferrous and non ferrous metals, stainless steel, M.S. Steel.
With our state-of-the-art design center, manned by specialists in CAD/CAM and equipped with the latest equipment, the standard quality design of all our gears is duly ensured. Quality Control & Testing System
Our quality control system is implemented at varying levels of production processes, right from the inspection of raw material to the final dispatch. The raw material is fully inspected on different parameters, dimensionally and metallurgically. The accompanying processes undergo a series of testing procedures as mentioned below:
- During he crack detection process. before the gear cutting,
turn blanks are checked in detail to ensure conformity to the specific
requirement.
- During the heat treatment cycle, each batch is numbered and punched.
- There after, hardened gear components are checked for hardness and micro structure.
- The
metallurgical report is maintained as per the heat code and test pieces
are preserved for counter checks. The cracks are checked with the aid
of non-destructive type crack detection equipment.
- The
functional quality i.e. noise, contact pattern and back lash variation
of gear sets are determined by running the distinct gears on the hypoid
gear tester.
- Gear concentricity and tooth spacing is measured on special devices, designed for this purpose.
Finally, all the components are inspected to conform to the specific dimensions. |

Infrastructure
We are well equipped with sophisticated machining unit, having distinct machinery like: Milling, Lathe, Hobbing, Grinding, Polishing and others. We procure the casted material from reputed manufacturers, and design & develop a wide spectrum of gears, conforming to the standard procedures. We have distinct divisions to carry the complete development of gears, in accordance to the drawing and specifications given by our clients. These are backed by efficient and dedicated personnel, for smooth production procedures.
Our manufacturing divisions include:
Broaching Division: The internal forms are splined and special-shaped bores, as well as various key way shapes are perfectly obtained in our broaching division.
Finishing Division: In our finishing division, gears with distinct internal and external diameter range are finished. During the final machining process, components and parts are tested for shape errors, improve tolerances and surface finish.
Tooth grinding Division: Gear tooth grinding process allows for
the highest finish and tolerance quality. In this division, the
designing errors arising in the gears can be removed, perfectly.
Gear Cutting Division: We have different machines for spur,
helical and bevel gear cutting. Distinct sizes of gears are cut,
depending upon the specific requirement.
Designing Capabilities: Our design and testing capabilities are
fully utilized in our gear designing divisions. Depending upon the
technical specifications, dimensions and weight, and other parameters
provided by our clients, we develop distinct class of gears. Complete
mastery over various production technologies, provides optimum design
effectiveness in our gears. Further, client's interaction with our
technical personnel provides for overall finalization and aesthetic
detailing in the gears, as required.
