We manufacture various types of reactors depending upon the quantity of material. Material of construction of these high pressure & high capacity chemical heat reactors and agitated vessels is stainless steel or carbon steel. Batch reactors with jacket, limpet coils, internal coils with or without mechanical seal are made available by us. Agitator is designed for various application like emulsifying solid suspension, chemical reaction, heat transfer or gas, dispersion.

We offer different types of industrial chemical blenders like Conical blender, Ribbon blender or Double Cone blender for various solid mixing application. These chemical blenders are used in industries and laboratories, and provide either batch or continuous blending.

The machines fopr crushing and grinding we offer including jaw crushers and roller crushers are designed and manufactured for crushing various minerals into smaller chunks. Jaw crusher consists of a set of jaws placed vertically and roller crushers have cylindrical rollers placed vertically. Main material of construction of these rollers are manganese steel and stainless steel.

We manufacture industrial steam separators. In steam separators, steam-water mixture is given a whirling movement which separates water from the steam . These steam separators are available in sizes varying from 40NB to 200NB. Material of construction used are carbon steel & stainless steel. These moisture separators are majorly used in electric power plants and other industrial applications.

As per customer requirement and service condition of product like valves to provide corrosion protection on specified sealing areas we offer weld over lay of Inconel 625/825 or stainless steel on carbon steel substrate material. Also we offers weld over lay of Monel, Satellite etc.
