Non Destructive Testing (NDT) like radiography testing, ultrasonic testing and dye penetrate testing is regularly conducted as per Inspection Test Plan.
Manufacturing Facility and Infrastructure
Our manufacturing facilities located at Pune, which is the engineering hub of India. We have an elaborate fabrication facility with in-house process for dishing, forming, rolling and special emphasis on welding. Our welding facilities includes manual metal arc welding, tungsten inert gas welding, metal inert gas welding, sub merged arc welding, and can handle wide range of metal like carbon steel, stainless steel, inconal, monel, stellite and any nickel & cobalt based alloys. We have worked under all reputed third party inspection agencies like DNV (Det Norske Veritas), TPL (Tata Projects Ltd.), KPG (Kavener Power Gas), EIL (Engineers India Ltd.)
