Air Bubble Sheets

Bubble Sheets is made of two layers of L D P E Sheets. The air is entrapped between two layers to give excellent cushioning. It is available in a roll form in varying lengths & gauge. The thickness of the film depends on the gauge. A low gauge leads to a thinner film. The gauge range from 280mm to 540mm. The width of the film is either 1m or 1.5m

The product gives protection against dents and scratching and can be easily fabricated in Pouch and Cover form.

Another advanced application of packaging is the P E laminated to the air bubble film. Air Bubble Film is water and chemical resistant & does not produce any static electricity

Polypropylene Boxes (P. P. Boxes)

PP Boxes are made from PP sheet that is made from Impact Co-polymer of Polypropylene. It is an extruded hollow profile consisting of two flat walls connected by vertical ribs.

Sheets are produced by state of art profile extrusion plant in various attractive & eye catching colors.

As these sheets have a long life and, they can be recycled and thus saves cost.

They have a printable surface, are recyclable and can be fabricated easily, all these features add value to the product making it durable and attractive.

They provide protection to the sides and edges of the packed material, thereby reduce wear and tear and giving adequate protection to the packed material during transportation, storage and handling.

It is a non-cross linked, extruded expanded cellular polyethylene foam product, consisting of innumerable closed cells, it is thermo-chemically expanded from low density polyethylene resins, using eco-friendly LPG as blowing agent.

Application
» Advertisement Since the PP sheet can be cut and printed, these are used for danglers. Fancy shapes colors and prints are used for stationary, window display and gifts such as lamps, coasters, boxes, etc.

» Packaging, material handling
  • The PP sheets are fabricated to customized boxes and are printed with company's name, product name and code number, etc.
  • These boxes are fitted with various accessories such as side handles to enable easy handling, top cover to ensure sensitive parts are kept dust free, fitted with moulded parts and partitions such that fragile parts and can be exactly fitted and carried. If the side corners are fitted then the boxes are stackable. Further, these boxes are so designed that they can collapsed ensuring minimum space consumption.
  • These boxes are then used in products for internal handling of material from one department to another .Since these boxes can be of different colors, hence they can be easily distinguished.
  • As these boxes are extremely strong and have a minimum recyclable life of 50-75 times, hence they can be continuously used by vendors to transport goods to their clients on regular basis (weekly/monthly). It rules out problems related to disposal of conservative packaging such as corrugated boxes, thermocol, etc.
