We supply high quality durable and dependable acoustic enclosures according to CPCB norms. Silent Enclosures is a modular container fabricated out of CRCA sheets of 14/16 SWG.Sound proofing of container is done with high quality rock wool confirming to 8183 of two slabs of 50mm thickness and density of 96kg/m3.The rock wool is further covered bt fibre glass tissue paper and perforated sheets.The doors are gasketed with high quality reopen gasket to make enclosure dust & vermin proof.The doors handle are lockable and the enclsure is dismantable.

PIONEER alternators confirm to recommendations laid down in IS 3364-1992 and BS-5000 part99.These are screen protected drip proof eqivalent to IP-22 & IP-23,self excited,self regulated,foot mounted with ball &roller bearing on end shields.The alternators are rated for 415v three phaseor 240v single phase.0.8pf,50hz,1500 rpm.Rotor core is made up of cold rolled sheet,armature is dynamically balanced.We also offer services related to winding and repair of alternators. Our experts have experience and knowledge related to alternators. Winding and repairing of the alternators are also done under strict quality controls at our site.

We offer overhauling services related to engines. We provide these services for reputed companies like: Cummins, Leyland, Kirloskar and Shaktimaan. We have inhouse facitlity for machining of diesel engines plus trained engineers for overhauling the same.We also provide backup support through trained service engineers as and when required.

We offer dismantling, transportation and reerection of DG sets. We offer these services at an effective price. We have capability to service DG sets in all sizes and horse power.

We also purchase and sell used DG sets primarily of makes, Cummins,Kirloskar,Leyland,Caterpillar & Shaktiman.For the purpose of purchasing, we send our trained evaluators for determing the market price of the DGset and therupon the entire deal is executed in a transparent manner.For the purpose of sale, the DGset is tested in the presence of the buyer or his authorised engineer and then only handed over to him.We are not interested in buying or selling unhealthy sets.
