Pioneer Quick Release Couplings are specifically designed to fulfill need for simple, positive coupler which is completely reliable and adaptable to a wide range of applications.

Operations
This works on simple push & pull principle. The plug when pushed into the socket automatically locks in, resulting in a positive and leak proof connection. This action simultaneously opens the valve and the fluid flow starts. To disconnect pull back the sleeve of the socket, the plug ejects out and the valve shuts off automatically.

Air Comtol Unit
Pioneer offers a range of filters, regulators, lubricators and combinations.

Filters: The incoming air is centrifugally cleansed for compressor carry over oil, liquid condensate and solid contamination such as pipe scale, etc. and drained our. The filter comes attached with semi-automatic drain mechanism & optional as auto drain mechanism. The semi-automatically drain mechanism allows the water to be discharged automatically when there is no pneumatic pressure.

Regulators: Maintains required pressure in the systems.

Lubricators: Oil can be mixed with the air for lubricating valves, cylinders & tools. Very fine control of oil delivery is possible by adjusting screw

Poineer offers PU & Nylon Coils with various type of fittings available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15 Mtr. Lenght. These are the perfect replacement over the standard wire braided hoses used.

Application
This tool is designed to permit correct right angle cutting of plastic tubes (nylon, polyethylene, soft rubber, polypropylene, etc) of external diameters 4mm to 14mm ( 1/8" to 1/2") inclusive.

Replacement blades are available - Part No: 25190.

A spring maintains the cutter in the closed position and stops the cut tube being accidentally damaged.

Air Interlock Valve/Dip Interlock valve/Pressure Indicator

Pioneer Industries has developed Air Interlock Valve which are used in Bottom Loading Tanker.
