Industrial Valves:

• Solenoid Valves: We offer spool type, poppet type, and "DIRECT ACTING SOLENOID VALVES". Our solenoids are available as, 2way & 3way Normally closed / Normally open types.


• Needle Valves: Pioneer Needle valves are made from forged brass body with SS304 spindle and teflon washer which gives extended service life. All valves are chrome plated.


• Slide Valves: These valves are used for on and off at the entrance of pneumatic circuit. It releases out compressed trapped air from pneumatic closed circuit at shut off position and avoid accidents.


• Ball Valves: The Pioneer Mini Ball Valve/ Long Handles Ball Valve is to be used in confined and hard to reach applications. The brass extruded body/ brass forged body allows for extended service life and is nickel plated as standard


• Air Flow Control Valves: These valves are used to control air flow, e.g. for the piston speed of single-acting and double-acting cylinders.

• Special Valves: We manufacture non ferrous casting and forging valves. We manufacture Special Valves as per customers design. We have all machineries and other facilities available as per the custmers designs provided.


• Other Valves: Our other valves include; Hand Lever Valve, Push Pull Valve, Flow Control Valve, Rotary Valve, Quick Exhaust Valve, Push Button Spring Valve.

Industrial Fittings

• Compression Fittings: The Compression fittings used with sleeve are extensively used for connecting gasoline, grease, oil, water, vacuum and air lines.

• Vibra Lock Fitting: The special sleeve used gives protection under vibration of fitting. 45° & 37° flare fitting used for refrigeration and instrumentation purpose.

Air O Fit

• It is used for connecting, for disconnecting and no tools needed for tubing installation Push To Lock Pneumatic Fittings
These instant pushing type pneumatic fittings "Push to Lock", feature, quickest and easiest assembly and disassembly.

Other Fittings

Quick Release Couplings: Pioneer Quick Release Couplings (Q.R.Cs) are specifically designed to fulfill need for simple, positive coupler which is completely reliable and adaptable to a wide range of applications. It is available in single cheek, double cheek and through complying.


Filter Regulator Lubricator: Our range of F.R.Ls include; FILTER, LUBRICATOR, REGULATOR, INTEGRAL UNIT, Model AFRL, Model MFRL. Sizes available from 1/4" BSP to 1" BSP.

Coils: PU Coils & Nylon Coils Retractable coiled hoses are made from Nylon & Polyurethane tubes. These coils are used wherever shop air is conducted from the main line to portable air operated tools, air blowguns, air nozzles, etc.

Cylinder: Our cylinders are available in double-acting and single-acting with different mountings like front and rare flange, trunnion, clevis & foot.

Tubes: Our tubes are available in; Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Polyamide and PVC in various sizes.

» Forging facility of 100 ton and 200 ton friction screw forging press having capacity up to 1kg of raw forging
» Machining facility of forged pieces and turned components from extruded rods. We have machining capacity up to 38mm A/F and 41mm dia.
» Undertaking quality forging and machining of any Brass components as per customers drawing and specification with third party

Our Natural Gas fittings are supplied to Mahanagar Gas Ltd., and Indraprastha Gas Ltd
