Pioneer Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. was incepted as an eminent manufacturer and exporter of chemicals in the year 1989 with a motive to provide high quality chemicals. Located in Madhya Pradesh, India, we have been regularly supplying our products to a wide client base in the industry. Our range of products includes: Pharmaceutical Chemicals, Organic Chemicals, Methyl Iodide, Tri Methyl Sulfoxonium Iodide, Potassium Iodide I.P./B.P., Sodium Iodide U.S.P, Triprolidine Hydrochloride, Fluconazole, 2-4-Difluro-1h-1,2,4, Triazole 1-1-YL- Acetopheno, 2(2,4,Difluorophenyl)-1-(1h 1,2,4-Triazole-1,2,3) Our manufacturing unit is spread in an area of 12,000 sq mts. and has all the required machinery and tools that enables us to deliver in time. Maintaining the G.M.P standard, we have been constantly upgrading our product range and manufacturing unit with technologically advanced machinery.

Our manufacturing unit is spread in an area of 12,000sq meters and has various kinds of advanced machinery tools, equipment, fitted to carry the production process. Our unit is located at Industrial Area, A.B road, Dewas(M.P) & is designed and constructed to create our future synthesis pole. We have our head office in Indore. We ensure that all the chemicals are prepared in clean and hygienic conditions. To offer high quality products, we carry all the production process in a clean room area spread in an area of 2700 sq ft. This room is well ventilated and has various temperature and humidity controllers to keep the conditions conducive for the production work. The temperature is set below 25 deg cent and humidity is kept below 50% clean room area of class. In this unit, we carry out different production work that are: • Final crystallization • Filtration (centrifuging) • Drying • Milling • Blending • Packing

Our rigorous R&D work forms the base of our constantly improved range. We have state-of-the-art R&D unit that is fitted with latest upgraded testing facility like HPLC, GC, Meter Balance, Titration unit, PH Meter and other facilities. In this unit, the R&D process is carried out that assists us upgrade ourselves with the latest technology prevalent in the market. Our R&D experts, scientists and other workers carry out various experiments and are also constantly engaged in developing new molecules in house right from literature search. The unit also has ultra modern equipment and modular fume cupboards with adequate exhaust systems that helps in strengthening synthesis and efficiently address the increase in production.

We are supported by logistics department that is continuously working on innovative concepts to deliver the consignments within and outside the country, meeting customer requirements in all aspects. Our logistics management ensures safe and timely delivery of our products by packing and loading the products well in time and sending them to their desired destinations through our fleet of transportation facility. We also keep a complete track of the progress of the orders and also keep updating our clients of the same.
