• Specially designed highly efficient silencer provided in the exhaust pipe line to quench the exhaust noise.


• Its comes with proper exhaust moffler with insertion loss of minimum 25 dB (A).


• This silencer is covered with glass wool and aluminium cladding at no extra cost.

Our sound proof generator enclosure comes with louvers of approximate size for air inlet and exhaust to ensure that hot air is pumped out effectively from enclosure.

Our modular sound proof enclosure is of modular design and are made up of CRCA sheet section reinforced with fabricated superstructure.

Some of the details of its construction are:

• Its out side covers and doors are of 1.6 mm thick.


• Its inside perforated sheet is 0.8 mm thick and are duly power coated with G.I / Aluminium.


• Its supporting framework is of 2-mm thickness and its cover is of 16 SWG.


• The doors are gasketted with high quality gasket to avoid leakage of noise and all doors along with built in locks with keys.


• All nuts and bolts are zinc coated.

We generally manufacture and supply sound attenuated enclosure which best serves best the purpose of controlling the sound. The inside of our sound attenuated enclosure will not have more than 7" C temperature as compare to ambient temperature. It has been possible by providing co-axial fans and exhaust fans of suitable range for tropical climate.

We generally manufacture and supply sound control enclosure also known by the name sound proof enclosure. Sound proofing of enclosure is done by high quality rock wool conforming to IS 8183 of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm thickness and density of 96 kg/m3. The rock wool is further covered with fiberglass cloth or tissue paper and perforated sheet, screwed and riveted to the network.

Our sound proof enclosures are specially designed to reduce noise and are made up of SWG sheet to reduce sound of various machines like generator, compressors, vacuum pumps etc. It consists of rock wool, which has a tendency to absorb noise, hence it is called sound proof enclosures.

Our sound proof ventillated enclosure have proper earthing and ventilation. It has suitable GI bus bars that are provided for neutral and body earthing separately.

For proper ventilation it is provided with:

• Specially designed pusher fan or axial fan for providing forced ventilation in the sound proof enclosure, which is interlocked with generator operation.


• Its temperature does not exceed beyond 7⁰ C of the ambient temperature.
