CRGO Lamination
Cold rolled grain oriented (CRGO) laminations attributes to 70% of the transformer cost. our range includes CRGO transformer laminations, transformer CRGO laminations, transformer core lamination and rectangular core lamination. These are sheets, which are used as core lamination in transformer. Having a special grain surface, these come in a thickness of 0.23 mm, 0.27 mm, 0.30 mm and 0.35 mm (generally called M3, M4, M5 and M6). It is important to have thickness of the material lower if it has to have a better quality. Moreover, the quality can also be measured in terms of lower losses of electrical current, which flow in the core. The proper design of core and good quality of core material do a best job in combination. Mainly the core losses are measured in Watts per Kg.

Manufacturing Facilities
With the help of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, we are able to provide our clients with flawless range of CRGO laminations. We have with us ideal facilities, which allow us to manufacture our products as per the requirements of our clients. Our facilities include:
Shearing: The coils are sheared in the treadle shearing machine at an angle of 45 Deg. & in case of mitered core and 90 Deg in case of Rectangular Core. Utmost care is taken in grinding of the blades at specific interval of time in order to minimize the burr level not exceeding than 10 micron.
V-Notching: The process of V-Notching in the yoke plates of the stacked laminations are carried out in semi automatic power presses using dies made of tungsten carbide for achieving almost zero burr level.
Packing: The CRGO Laminations are packed on the wooden pallets and covered by the water proof hessian cloth duly strapped in order to avoid damage to the core edges.
CRGO Core Assembly: The CRGO laminations are stacked to form the Core Assembly as per the design given by the customer. The core laminations are stacked to form Core Assembly held rigidly by steel frame work clamped together to prevent any kind of vibration. The top and bottom yoke clamping channel are tight together with Tie Rods duly insulated. The core assembly is provided with lifting lugs suitable for lifting the complete core and coil assembly of the transformer without transmitting the stresses to the laminations.
