Actual Production Process: • Resin loaded in the mold, fitted on arm head. • Mold moves into heating chamber. Where resin melts under high temperature and fuses into inner surface of the molds. • Cooled gradually by a combination of cool air and water spray. • Finally, the finished product is unloaded and fresh material charged.
