We have attained immense appreciation, owing to our Gum Ghatti. Of the anogeissus latifolia tree belonging to combretaceae family, it is the amorphous translucent exudates. This tree is found in dry deciduous forest throughout the greater part of India. The tree grows to 9-15 meters in height and sometimes it grows up to 24 meters. It has smooth light colored bark and remains leafless during entire cold session. However, new leaves come out in between April and May.

Our organization is engaged in providing Karya Gum, which is the dried exudate of the sterculia urens tree belonging to the sterculiaceae family. In the dry deciduous forest of Indian peninsula, this tree is found. During the supper season in the month of April, May and June, this gum is found. The yield increases during the warm weather. However, the gum is available in the monsoon season but it has low viscosity. The collection cycle is repeated in September after monsoon.

Our organization provides Xanthan Gum, which is used in food processing industry as thickening agent. In dairy products and salad dressing, this gum proves useful. In order to keep the individual ingredients separated, it is used in cream based products in cosmetic industry. This gum is polysaccharide and it has long chain of three types of sugar. By Xanthomonas campestris bacterium, glucose or sucrose is fermented by our vendors to attain this gum.
